Summary
A method is described for the exposition, development, fixation and washing of tissue sections prepared for autoradiography.
A commercially available day light type photographic developer tank for 120-roll film was equipped with a drum-shaped holder for the emulsion-coated slides. All above described procedures are carried out in the same container. The method is time- and space-saving at a very low cost.
