Ataxic quadriparesis due to bilateral capsular infarcts

Summary

A most unusual case of ataxic quadriparesis due to bilateral infarcts involving the posterior capsulecorona radiata region is reported. The literature concerning ataxic hemiparesis is briefly discussed.
