Deltoid contour restoration with mammary prosthesis and abdominal mersilene sheet

Summary

A patient with a traumatic deltoid contour deformity is presented and a method of reconstruction with mammary prosthesis placed in an abdominal mersilene mesh sheet is described. This provided a satisfactory long-term cosmetic result.
