Synergismus von Alkohol und Beruhigungsmitteln

Zusammenfassung

Die in der Literatur mitgeteilten klinischen und experimentellen Beobachtungen, wie auch die gerichtsärztlichen Fälle, über die berichtet wurde, zeigen, daß eine synergistische Wirkung von Alkohol und Beruhigungsmitteln besteht. Ob diese Verbindungen beim Menschen auch einen potenzierenden Effekt besitzen, ist nicht bewiesen, doch ist auch die additive Wirkung des Alkohols nach vorangegangenem Genuß anderer Beruhigungsmittel stets zu berücksichtigen.
