Zusammenfassung
Die Einführung von Gm- und Hp-Gruppen in die Lösung strittiger Paternitätsfragen eröffnet neue Ausschlußmöglichkeiten für zu Unrecht angeklagte vermutliche Väter. Die Genetik der beiden Serumsysteme wurde auf Grund einer genügend großen Zahl von Familienstudien erforscht und die Methodik ihres Nachweises insofern bewiesen, als verläßliche Ergebnisse garantiert sind, wenn der Sachverständige mit der Problematik der Serumgruppen vertraut ist. Durch die Einführung der Gm(a)- und Hp-Typenbestimmung wird die kombinierte maximale Ausschlußmöglichkeit für die tschechoslowakische Bevölkerung praktisch um 11 % erhöht.
