Mass spectrometry of some unsaturated sterols

Abstract

Some features of the fragmentation under electron impact of sterol molecules having one or two double bonds in the nucleus are considered. The question of the identiciation of concrete sterols is discussed on the basis of the ratio of the intensities of the peaks of certain fragmentary ions.
