Summary
A new type of exchangeable capillary electrode is described. The importance of adequate thermostating is demonstrated. The error by partly filling of the pH-sensitive glass-capillary with blood samples is determined. To obtain accurate pH values it is necessary to fill the micro electrode several times anaerobically with the sample.
