Vertikale Mobilität und psychosoziale Anpassung

Summary

Vertical social mobility may lead to conflicts, which can result in disorders of the psycho-social adjustment processes. Phobic-obsessional, litigious and fantastic swindling attitudes are described as reactions to the problems of status and mobility. Special emphasis is placed on the proximal range of social behavior in clinical cases and the interaction of subjective and objective parameters in social adjustment.

Résumé

La promotion, de même que la déchéance sociale sont liées à des possibilités de conflit particulières qui peuvent déboucher sur un développement psycho-social défectueux. Les comportements phobique-anancastiques, quérulents et de flibusterie fantastique sont considérés comme des tentatives de résoudre des problèmes de status et de mobilité. On insiste particulièrement sur l'importance du milieu social intime pour le cas individuel clinique et l'action conjuguée de facteurs internes et externes dans le comportement social et l'adaptation sociale.

Zusammenfassung

Sozialer Auf- bzw. Abstieg sind mit besonderen Konfliktmöglichkeiten verbunden, welche in eine psychosoziale Fehlentwicklung einmünden können. Als Formen der Auseinandersetzung mit Status- und Mobilitätsproblemen werden die phobisch-anankastische, die querulatorische und die hochstaplerisch-phantastische Haltung herausgestellt. Auf die Bedeutung des sozialen Nahbereiches für den klinischen Einzelfall und das Zusammenwirken von äußeren und inneren Faktoren im Sozialverhalten und der psychosozialen Anpassung wird besonders eingegangen.
