Zusammenfassung
Ein Verfahren zur direkten gaschromatographischen Bestimmung von Blutalkoholkonzentrationen wurde beschrieben. Die einfache Arbeitsweise — eine einzige Dosierung — erlaubt eine Doppelbestimmung innerhalb einer Viertelstunde mit einem Standardfehler von höchstens ±2% (bei 0,8‰ Alkoholgehalt). Sämtliche anderen Alkohole sowie die gebräuchlichsten organischen Lösemittel und/oder physiologischen Substanzen werden vom Äthylalkohol abgetrennt.
