Topische Diagnose eines Horner-Syndroms auf Grund der Foerster-Gagel-Probe

Summary

A Syndroma-Horner is recorded, arisen after an acute tonsillo-pharingitis. The diagnosis was rendered difficile by an increase of the homolateral thyreoid gland. The test of Foerster-Gagel, the situation found after the strumektomy and all the complementing researches closed out the role of the struma and other aetiologic factors. This case seems to be the first one of such an aetiology in the literature.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Horner-Syndrom beschrieben, welches nach akuter Tonsillopharyngitis entstanden ist. Die Diagnose wurde durch die Vergrößerung des gleichseitigen Schilddrüsenlappens erschwert. Die Foerster-Gagel-Probe, die bei der Strumektomie gefundenen Verhältnisse und die ergänzenden Untersuchungen schlössen die Rolle der Struma und andere ursächliche Faktoren aus. In der Literatur scheint die angenommene Ätiologie bisher nicht erwähnt zu sein.
