Summary
Clinical experience with myeloscopy is presented and discussed. The examinations were undertaken on 86 patients without deleterious side effects. The cauda equina could be seen as well as accompanying blòod vessels.

L'auteur présente son expérience clinique de la myéloscopie. Les examens furent pratiqués, sans complication, sur 86 patients. Cette méthode permit de rendre visible la queue de cheval ainsi que son réseau vasculaire.
