Cauda equina compression syndromes from narrowing of the lumbar spinal canal

Summary

Forty-two patients with lumbar spinal stenosis are presented. The clinical syndromes associated with this relatively common condition, the myelographic features, and the results of surgical treatment in 23 patients are briefly discussed.
