The structure of oopodin and dehydro-oopodin

Summary

The structures of oopodin and dehydro-oopodin have been corrected on the basis of spectral studies. These substances belong to the group of sesquiterpene lactones of the eudesmane series and have structures (I) and (II), respectively.
