Summary

The roots ofA.androsaemifolium L. andA.cannabinum L. grown in different climatic zones of the Soviet Union have cardiotonic glycosides of identical compositions. The amounts of the individual glycosides undergo pronounced fluctuations according to the growth site of the plants.
