Conclusions
1. The possibility in principle of recording the results of the IHAT in wells with a parabolic bottom by the vertical photometry method in the microanalysis class was established.
2. The time from the start of setting up the tests after which it is possible to reliably record the test results without a decrease of the sensitivity of demonstrating immunoactive objects was determined experimentally.
3. It was established that the indicated time can be reduced by increasing the ED concentration and by decreasing the volumes of ingredients participating in the reaction within certain limits.
4. Microtitration plates with a parabolic bottom and vertical photometer with a narrow parallel light beam are needed for practical realization of the present investigation.
