Abstract

Euler's equations for quantum rheology and the confinement of electrons in a system of active centers of nanometric scale of a condensed state are obtained using the formalism of kinematic electron-density waves. The conditions for the stability of the electron quantum walls of confinement in the form of the balance between the forces of electric and quantum nature are analyzed.
