Galvanomagnetic effects in semiconductors of finite dimensions with nonideal current contacts

Abstract

A theory of the transverse and longitudinal galvanomagnetic effects is constructed in the linear weak-field approximation for asymmetrical current contacts with finite conductivity in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the contact.
