Abstract
The chiral nonlinear sigma model, which interacts with the gravitational field, is considered an effective model for the description of the inflationary stage of the early Universe. Exact solutions are found for the gravitational and chiral fields in the quasi-vacuum state of matter within the framework of the mass sigma model in Friedmann-Robertson-Walker spaces.
