Thermodynamic analysis of rhombohedral superstructures based on a bcc lattice

Abstract

An expression has been derived for the configurational energy of Wang-type superstructures. Diagrams of the ground states and the equilibrium “temperature-concentration” diagram have been constructed with consideration for these superstructures.
