Abstract
We studied the ability of bentonite clay and its modifications containing aluminum and iron to decrease the chromaticity, acid number, and the contents of microelements in vegetable oils. The best results were obtained by using iron-containing bentonite clays. The optimum conditions for the adsorption refinement of vegetable oils were established.
