Conclusions
1. The design of anesthetizing apparatus during the past 10 years has changed mainly due to the use of vaporizers of stable concentration and the incorporation of measuring and diagnostic instruments (ventilometer, mano-vacuum meter) and an automatic breathing attachment.
2. Gas analyzers for anesthetic gases and CO2 should apparently be incorporated into apparatus of the near future. This, in our opinion, will greatly improve the conduction of anesthesia. In other words, it is necessary to use measuring and diagnostic instruments determining the output parameters of the apparatus.
