Fibre Chemistry Aims and scope

Conclusions

  • Batch technological processes which take place in apparatus (reactors) of the tank type with a stirrer have been analyzed as an object for automatic control.

  • In the case of the process for synthesizing poly-m-phenyleneisophthalamide dope in dimethylacetamide for manufacture of Fenilon fibre, an algorithm for operation of a system for automatic control of a batch technological process with respect to quality of the output product (viscosity) has been developed and means have been proposed for practical realization of this algorithm.
