Conclusions

It has been found that the introduction of a precipitant of the type of isopropyl alcohol into spinning solutions of acrylonitrile copolymers leads to a significant change in viscosity and spinnability of the solutions, and, as a result, in the properties of fibres obtained from them.

The relationships found change in properties of spinning solutions in the presence of isopropyl alcohol have made it possible to increase the concentration of the copolymer in the spinning solution at ordinary temperatures.
