Conclusions
1. For an automatic biochemical analyzer with calibration based on one sample the error introduced by its components into the result of analysis is determined by summation of systematic and random components of the errors of the different units of the analyzer.
2. To satisfy modern demands on the quality of analysis the relative error of the photoelectric concentration meter for an automatic biochemical analyzer must not exceed +3%.
3. The suggested series of metrological characteristics for the concentration meter of the ABA widens the scope for the metrological provisions of the meter, since it enables the absolute photometric scale of the instrument to be replaced by a scale in relative units, for the relative scale does away with one of the demands, not at present satisfied, concerning ways of testing the photometer, namely the attestation and maintenance of the absolute value of the optical density with the required degree of accuracy.
