Conclusions
1. When designing an endoscope, to ensure its durability it is necessary to take into account the number and character of movements in relation to the anatomical and functional characteristics of the organ for the examination of which the given endoscope is intended.
2. During an examination the colonoscope experiences considerably greater loads than the esophagogastroscope.
