Conclusions

On the basis of programmable controllers (PC), control systems have been developed for robotized transport complexes, type MPU-2 or MPU-3, and for type NV-1000-KZh9 take-up and winding machine having built-in mechanization means. Construction of control systems based on programmable logic means has disclosed the advantages of using PC as compared with traditional apparatus with strictly electrical connections.

For successful mastery of the ULP and type KP-1 PC series, adjusting and diagnostic media have been developed and fabricated; and these have exhibited high effectiveness.
