Conclusions
-- The action of an alkaline medium (30% KOH solution) at 100°C on various polymeric materials has been studied.
-- A group of polymeric materials has been determined which can operate for a long time under the assigned aggressive conditions without significant loss in strength.
-- Investigation of the results obtained may help in correct selection of a polymeric material intended for operation in an aggressive material as construction material for membranes, diaphragms, filters, and the like.
