Conclusions
-- It has been found that the conditions for preparing carbon fibres, their structure, and the chemical nature of the surface exert an important effect on the process of enzyme adsorption and on its catalytic activity.
-- The optimum character for immobilization of trypsin is either Gralen or nonwoven carbon material.
