Abstract
The analysis of the fundamental properties of textured fibres processed on different equipment showed that their indexes correspond to the technical conditions. The coefficient of variation of the extensibility and crimping resistance of fibres processed on TK-600 and Spinner 160-VK machines with separate drawing and texturing processes was significantly lower than on SKRAG DCS-1200 and especially TV-1 machines with combined processes. It is necessary to optimize the technological process for each zone with consideration of the quality of the starting raw material and conditions of conducting the process in order to improve the quality of the textured fibres fabricated on new high-speed equipment.
