Zusammenfassung
Es wird über ein Kind mit rezidivierenden Sinusthrombosen berichtet, das beim ersten Klinikaufenthalt eine Afibrinogenämie durch Defibrinierung mit begleitender Fibrinolyse aufwies.
Die Schwierigkeiten und die Bedeutung der Differentialdiagnose des pathologischen Mechanismus werden eingehend diskutiert.
Das Krankheitsbild wird als Manifestation des Sanarelli-Phänomens gedeutet.
