Zusammenfassung
Der H-3-Tyramin-Gehalt der säurelöslichen Fraktion verschiedener Organe (Nebenniere, Niere, Leber, Hirnstamm, Herz, Pankreas, Milz, Speicheldrüse, Serum) des Huhnes und der Katze wurde 20 min bzw. 1 Std nach i. v.
Summary
The H-3-tyramine-content in the acid-soluble fraction of various organs (suprarenals, kidney, liver, brain-stem, pancreas, spleen, salivary gland and serum) from chickens and cats was measured 20 min and 1 hour after i.v. injection of L-tyrosine-[3,5-T2] (specific activity 15000 mc/mMol), respectively. In some of the animals the tyramine degradation by monoamine oxidase was blocked by nialamid and tyramine degradation by phenylethylamine-β-hydroxylase was blocked by tetraethylthiuram disulfide (= disulfiram). In no case could H-3-tyramine be detected. Therefore the concentration of tyramine had to be smaller than 0,005 µg/g wet tissue.
