Abstract

The synthesis of 7-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-4-methylthioimidazo[4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine, 7-methyl-4-methylthioimidazo[4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine, and 5-methyl-4-methylthioimidazo [4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine is described. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by 13C NMR spectroscopy.
