Subperiosteal facelift and correction of facial skeleton for severe romberg fat atrophy

Summary

A patient with the skin and bony changes of bilateral Romberg's disease is presented. She was treated with a subperiosteal facelift, bony contouring, fat grafting for enophthalmos, and rhinoplasty. A good result was achieved.
