L'interazione epitelio-mesenchimale nell'organogenesi del polmone embrionale di topo coltivato in vitro

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe von Kulturen in vitro wird die induzierende Wirkung des Mesenchyms auf die Verzweigung des Epithels der embryonalen Lunge der Maus untersucht.

Bronchiales Mesenchym, auf das Epithel der Luftröhre gepfropft, induziert das Auftreten einer überzähligen Knospe, die sich wie eine normale Bronchialknospe entwickelt und verzweigt. Das laterale bronchiale Mesenchym der linken Lunge, in Berührung gebracht mit der medialen Fläche des Epithels des linken primären Bronchus, die in der untersuchten Periode nicht bestimmt ist, Knospen zu bilden, ist befähigt, dort Knospen zu induzieren.

Es wird geschlossen, daß die induzierenden Fähigkeiten des Mesenchyms der Lungen von Ort zu Ort verschieden sind und daß von dieser Verschiedenheit die Ortsbestimmung der Epithelknospen der Bronchi abhängt. Das tracheobronchiale Epithel dagegen scheint einheitlich fähig zu sein, in allen seinen Abschnitten auf die induzierende Tätigkeit des Mesenchyms mit Knospenbildung zu antworten.
