Summary

A combination of TLC and HPLC methods is successfully employed for the examination of forensic and toxicological samples. In most cases an exclusion of major groups of agents can rapidly be achieved. Often an unequivocal identification is possible. Screening by HPLC requires a particularly short time of analysis.

Zusammenfassung

Eine Kombination von DC und HPLC wurde mit Erfolg bei forensischen und toxikologischen Untersuchungen eingesetzt. In den meisten Fällen wird rasch ein Ausschluß größerer Wirkstoffgruppen erreicht, oft ist eine eindeutige Identifizierung möglich. Besonders bei einem Screening mit HPLC ist die Analysenzeit kurz.
