Summary

Advantages and disadvantages of DCCC are discussed and examples are described for the usefulness of this technique with non-aqueous solvent systems (separations of valepotriates, vulpinic acid, oleanic acid and hederagenine, triterpenes and sterols, and essential oils).

Vor- und Nachteile der DCCC werden diskutiert und Trennbeispiele bei Anwendung dieser Technik mit nichtwäßrigen Systemen beschrieben (Trennung von Valepotriaten, Vulpinsäure, Oleansäure und Hederagenin, Triterpenen und Sterolen sowie etherischen Ölen).
