Summary
Granular and filamentous nuclear bodies (sphaeridies) are found within the nuclei of basal and suprabasal cells of squamous cell carcinom. These bodies have spacious relation to the nucleolus. It is supposed that ribosomes or their precursors together with a filamentous wrap are transfered from the nucleolus through the karyoplasm into the cytoplasm. This seems to be structural evidence for the r-RNA-transport into the cytoplasm.
Zusammenfassung
In den Kernen basaler und suprabasaler Plattenepithelcarcinom-Zellen finden sich granuläre und filamentöse Kernkörperchen (Sphaeridien). Sie haben räumliche Beziehungen zum Nucleolus. Es wird angenommen, daß in granulären Kernkörperchen Ribosomen oder deren Vorstufen mit einem filamentösen Mantel vom Nucleolus her durch das Karyoplasma hindurch in das Cytoplasma ausgeschleust werden.
Damit wäre hier ein struktureller Niederschlag des r-RNS-Transportes in das Cytoplasma anzunehmen.
