Zusammenfassung
Es wird über licht-und elektronenmikropische Untersuchungen an einem Sarcoma botryoides des Ductus choledochus bei einem l1/2 Jahr alten Mädchen berichtet. Das Gewebsbild ist makroskopisch durch multiple Polypen („Traubensarkom”) und histologisch durch ein undifferenziertes Blastem gekennzeichnet, das sich subepithelial zu einer Cambiumschicht verdichtet. Verschiedene Zelltypen werden gegeneinander abgegrenzt und regressive Metamorphosen sowie Differenzierungsformen unterschieden.
Summary
Light and electron-microscopic studies of a sarcoma botryoides of the ductus choledochus in a l1/2 year old girl are reported. Grossly the tumor was characterized by multiple polyps (grape sarcoma), histologically by an undifferentiated blastema which was condensed subepithelially to a cambium-like layer. Different types of cells were contrasted and regressive metamorphoses as well as various forms of differentiation were distinguished.
