Zusammenfassung
53 Neurinome wurden histologisch untersucht und auf ihre biologische Wertigkeit geprüft. Nach der Aufstellung von 3 Gruppen, 1. gutartige (40mal); 2. proliferierende (12mal) und 3. maligne Neurinome (1mal) wurden die Patienten der beiden letzten Gruppen katamnestisch verfolgt. Dabei konnte in einem Fall der Übergang in ein malignes Neurinom nachgewiesen werden. Vermutlich kommt es häufiger zur malignen Entartung eines Neurinoms, als bisher angenommen wurde.
Summary
Fifty-three neurinomata were studied histologically and examined regarding their biological behavior. With the division into three groups: 1) benign (40), 2) proliferating (12), and 3) malignant (1) neurinomata, follow-up studies of the patients of both of the last groups were made. The transition into a malignant neurinoma in one instance could be shown. A malignant transformation of a neurinoma presumably occurs more frequently than previously supposed.
