Chromosomenzahlen in zwei Unterlinien des hyperdiploiden Ehrlichschen Mäuse-Ascites-Tumors

Summary

The chromosome numbers of the cells of two sublines of the hyperdiploid Ehrlich Ascites Mouse Carcinoma have been counted. The first subline derived from a single cell transplantation and was in its 188th transfer. The second is colchicine resistant and had reached its 287th transfer. In both cases the distribution of the chromosome numbers is similar to that of the original strain.
