Eine Papillomatose der intra- und extrahepatischen Gallenwege

Zusammenfassung

Berichte über echte Papillome der intrahepatischen Gallengänge und eine das gesamte Gallenwegssystem ergreifende Papillomatose liegen bisher nicht vor. Es wird deshalb die Beobachtung einer Papillomatose der intra- und extrahepatischen Gallenwege bei gleichzeitig bestehender Polyposis intestini mitgeteilt.

Summary

Previous reports of a true papilloma of the intrahepatic bile ducts with a papillomatosis of the entire extrahepatic biliary system do not exist. Observations made of a papillomatosis of the intra and extra hepatic bile passageways, therefore, are reported, in which there was simultaneously a polyposis of the intestines.
