Zusammenfassung
Nach Transplantation von Ovarialgewebe in die Milz kastrierter Ratten entstehen Tumoren, die zunächst den Typ des Luteoms zeigen und später eine Umdifferenzierung zu Granulosazelltumoren erfahren. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um zwei histogenetisch verschiedene Geschwulsttypen, sondern um verschiedene Differenzierungsstadien des gleichen Ausgangsgewebes, die in einer bestimmten Abhängigkeit von der Lebensdauer des Transplantates stehen und gesetzmäßig aufeinander folgen.
Summary
After transplantation of ovarian tissue in the spleen of castrated rats tumors develop which at first resemble the luteoma, and later disclose a differentiation into granulosa cell tumors. These are not two histogenetically different types of neoplasms, but are different stages of differentiation of the same basic tissue. These stages show a certain dependency on the survival time of the transplant and regularly occur in sequence.
