Zusammenfassung

Cytophotometrische Messungen des DNS-Gehaltes eines cystischen Lungenadenoms und einer malignen Lungenadenomatose ergaben, daß das Adenom ein diploides, d. h. normalen Zellen entsprechendes DNS-Verteilungsmuster aufwies, während die maligne Lungenadenomatose durch eine von der Norm abweichende Stammlinie der DNS-Werte gekennzeichnet war.

Summary

Cytophotometric measurements of the DNA content were made of a cystic adenoma of the lung and of a malignant pulmonary adenomatosis. The studies revealed that the adenoma had a diploid pattern; that is, the DNA distribution pattern of normal cells. In contrast, the malignant pulmonary adenomatosis was characterized by a stemline of DNA values which deviated from the normal.
