Zusammenfassung
Es wurde von dem seltenen Bild eines angiomatösen Milzsarkom berichtet. Damit sollte nicht die Kasuistik bereichert, sondern das Charakteristische der bisher mitgeteilten Fälle hervorgehoben und zusammengefaßt werden. Außerdem wurde versucht, zur Frage der Histogenese Stellung zu nehmen. Die undifferenzierten Tumorpartien wurden als mesenchymale Matrix gedeutet, aus der das kavernombildende Geschwulstgewebe hervorgeht.
Summary
In order to call special attention to the characteristics of the cases known to date and to summarize them, a rare case of an angiomatous sarcoma of the spleen is reported. In addition, a viewpoint about the histogenesis of these tumors is given. The poorly differentiated parts of the tumor are interpreted as mesenchymal, from which the cavernous tumor tissue develops.
