Summary

A definite correlation was observed between the proliferation of sinusoidal endothelial cells and the autoradiographic localization of H3-thymidine in the liver. These findings indicated that malignant hemangioendothelial sarcoma of mouse liver induced with DMN might develop from the proliferation of sinusoidal endothelial cells.
