Summary

With subcutaneous injections of up to 175 mg of 3-Hydroxy-kynurenine into each 20 g mouse, 32 mice of 140 showed malignant tumors: 8 maeloid leukemias, 10 sarcomas and 11 carcinomas of pancreas and thyroid, two mammary carcinomas and one carcinoma of the urinary bladder.

Zusammenfassung

Mit subcutanen Injektionen von 3-Hydroxy-kynurenin bis zu 175 mg je 20 g Maus konnten bei 140 Tieren 32 bösartige Tumore induziert werden: 8 myeloische Leukämien, 10 Sarkome, 11 kleinalveoläre Adenocarcinome, 2 Mammacarcinome und I Harnblasencarcinom.
