Zusammenfassung
Es wird gezeigt, daß man mit dem Massenspektrometer zuverlässige Ergebnisse erhalten kann. Eine wichtige Rolle spielen die Abfunkeffekte im Funken des Spektrometers, wobei selektive Verdampfung auftreten kann, fÜr die eine Korrektur angegeben wird. Schließlich wird eine Anzahl Analysen im Vergleich zu Ergebnissen, die mit anderen Methoden erhalten wurden, aufgefÜhrt.
Summary
It is shown that reliable results can be obtained by means of inorganic mass spectrometry. Selective evaporation in the spark source plays an important role and a correction for this effect is given. A number of analysis results is compared with those obtained by other methods.
