Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur Bestimmung des O,O-Dimethyl-O-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenyl)-thiophosphats in der Milch wurde ausgearbeitet. Die Bestimmung wird spektrophotometrisch nach Extraktion der Milch mit organischen Lösungsmitteln und nach alkalischer Hydrolyse des Wirkstoffs zu Natrium-p-nitro-m-kresolat durchgeführt. Untere Grenze der Bestimmung ist 0,05 ppm.

Summary

A procedure has been worked out for the determination of O,O-dimethyl-O-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenyl)-thiophosphate in milk. The determination is performed by photometry after extraction of the milk with organic solvents and after alkaline hydrolysis of the substance to sodium p-nitro-m-cresolate. The lower limit of determination is 0.05 ppm.
