Zusammenfassung
Die Fruchtträger begatteter Goldhamster werden in steigendem Entwicklungsalter mit den Uteri cyclischer Tiere verglichen. Dabei zeigen sich schon früh in der Gravidität lokale Unterschiede im Endometrium, die von der Gefäß-anordnung abhängig sind. Diese Differenzen beruhen auf einer lokalen Quellung der Gefäßendothelien; sie tritt immer in denjenigen Leistenkuppen auf, die über dem Abgang von Gefäßen liegen, welche aus dem Stratum vasculare in die Mucosa uteri ziehen. Auf diese Endothelreaktion folgt eine umschriebene ödematöse Durchtränkung, wodurch sich lockere Schleimhautzonen vom übrigen Endometrium abheben. Solche Gebiete werden als zukünftige Implantationsfelder angesehen, weil in ihnen die Durchblutung ansteigt und eine vermehrte Zellaktivität zu beobachten ist. Die starke Durchblutung bewirkt kurz vor der Einnistung im Zusammenhang mit der hormonal gesteuerten Tonusminderung des Myometriums eine Streckung der aufgelockerten, präsumptiven Nidationsareale. Diese werden an den Grenzen zu den dichten Zwischenstrecken deutlich durch Muskelringe eingeschnürt.
In der Diskussion werden vergleichend-embryologische Beispiele besprochen, bei denen Beziehungen zwischen Implantation und morphologischem Aufbau des Uterus bestehen. An Hand der eigenen Untersuchungen wird versucht, auch bei Mesocricetus auratus eine Beziehung der Nidation zu Gefäßanordnung und uteruseigener Muskulatur zu finden.
