Summary
Report on a patient, 52 years of age, suffering from Dermatitis ulcerosa (pyoderma gangraenosum) combined with a γA (ninth case described in literature). No sign of myeloma was found.
Discussion of the importance of such a combination of symptoms still seems to be speculation. In spite of it a so called rudimentary paraproteinemia (Märki and Wuhrmann) has to be kept in mind.
Wuhrmann handelt.
